Are you a reliable, motivated individual with a strong work ethic? We are looking for Labourers to join our client’s Truss and Wall Prefabrication Plant in Bendigo. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, producing high-quality components for wall frames and trusses in a fast-paced environment.

Position Objective:

The role involves following computerised visual and numerical instructions to safely and efficiently produce or cut components for wall frames within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work safely and effectively as a cooperative and flexible team member.
• Accurately produce high-quality products within strict timelines.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
• Operate various machinery and tools to assist in prefabrication tasks.
• Follow directions and retrieve information from computer-generated job sheets.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated honesty and openness in all communications.
• Ability to read and interpret production paperwork, including safety and job instructions.
• Experience using a variety of machinery, saws, and handheld power tools.
• Strong teamwork ethic and the ability to contribute positively to a team environment.
• Motivated with a good work ethic and able to complete repetitive tasks.
• Physically fit and capable of handling timber components following manual handling procedures
• Knowledge of Truss & Frame construction or the building industry. (desirable)
• A current Victorian driver’s license.
• Forklift license (desirable).
• Construction Induction Card
