Fox Personnel has been requested by one of our valued clients to supply two highly reliable labourers for a short-term assignment at a compost and mulch facility located approximately 20–25 minutes from Bendigo.
Duration: Approximately 2–6 weeks (may vary)
Hours: Full-time – 8 hours per day
Start: Immediate
About the Role
This is a large outdoor site covering many acres. As trucks unload compost and mulch materials, light plastic and general rubbish can be blown across paddocks and into surrounding boundary areas.
Due to the size of the site, it is difficult to accurately estimate how long the work will take. For this reason, the assignment may run anywhere from two weeks up to six weeks, depending on progress and site conditions.
You will work as a team of two:
• One person driving a ute fitted with a commercial-sized vacuum
• One person walking behind the ute collecting rubbish
• You will rotate between driving and walking duties throughout the day
Key Responsibilities
• Manual rubbish collection across large paddock areas
• Walking long distances over uneven,but reasonably flat ground
• Working alongside and assisting with vacuum equipment
• Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment
• Following instructions and working effectively as part of a team
Reliability Is Essential
Due to the nature of this work and the expectations of our client, reliability is non-negotiable.
Applicants must be:
• Available to attend every rostered shift
• Punctual, dependable and committed
• Willing to see the assignment through, even though the exact duration may vary

• Previous labouring or outdoor work experience preferred
