The role also involves attending field days throughout the year to represent the company, where accommodation, breakfast, and evening meals will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone-based sales, responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and closing sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely responses to customer needs.
• Attend various field days throughout the year, representing the company and interacting with clients face-to-face.
• Assist with product demonstrations and provide detailed information on our range of silos and storage solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of sales interactions and report progress to management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telephone-based sales or a customer service role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Willingness to travel and attend field days throughout the year.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• A passion for the agricultural industry is a plus.
