As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join their team. With a new paint booth recently installed, this is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spray paint silos and bases to meet company standards for quality and durability.
• Prepare surfaces, mix paints, and apply coatings using professional spray-painting techniques.
• Maintain and operate the newly installed paint booth and associated equipment.
• Monitor paint stocks, ensuring adequate supply, and manage the ordering process as necessary.
• Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a spray painter, ideally in industrial or large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of mixing paints and coatings for a variety of surface types.
• Familiarity with operating paint booths and spray painting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage inventory and oversee stock levels.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of safety regulations related to paint application and handling chemicals.
