Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative/all-rounder to join their team, specialising in motorbikes and power equipment. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers, provide excellent service, and play a key role in driving sales and maintaining high standards in their showroom. Our client is located roughly 25 minutes outside of Shepparton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs through face-to-face interactions and phone consultations.
• Clearly describe product features and benefits to support customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Generate quotes, process invoices, and handle payments.
• Stay updated with new products through training modules and manage stock control and forward orders.
• Oversee advertising and promotional activities.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and letters.
• Support bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, monthly statement preparation, daily banking, and mail processing.
• Complete errands, assist with parts sales, and support colleagues as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience using/owning motorcycles, garden and power equipment and mechanical aptitude
• Quick learner with the ability to retain extensive product information.
• Strong memory and competence with computer systems and new programs.
• Positive, motivated attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Stock Management
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sales and administration is essential.
