Our Client is seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join their scaffolding team in Bendigo. This role involves assisting scaffolders with the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, as well as general site duties. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the scaffolding and construction industry, with potential career progression into a scaffolding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials to and from job sites.
• Support scaffolders in erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures.
• Maintain a clean and organised worksite, ensuring materials are stored safely.
• Operate hand and power tools as required (training provided if necessary).
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform manual handling tasks and heavy lifting.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• White Card (Construction Induction) – Essential.
• Previous experience in labouring or construction (preferred but not essential).
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Comfortable working at heights (training provided).
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced scaffolders.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport (Essential).
