Our Client is seeking a skilled and reliable Scaffolder to join their team in Bendigo. This role involves erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures on various sites while ensuring strict compliance with safety standards. You will work as part of a dynamic team on commercial, residential, and industrial projects, contributing to the safe and efficient execution of construction work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, dismantle, and modify scaffolding structures as per site requirements.
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with Australian safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-use inspections and perform maintenance checks on scaffolding equipment.
• Work closely with site supervisors, tradespeople, and other team members.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including risk assessments and hazard management.
• Assist in loading and unloading scaffolding materials.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.

Requirements:

• Current Scaffolding Ticket (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced) – Essential.
• White Card (Construction Induction) – Required.
• High-risk work licence relevant to scaffolding.
• Previous experience in scaffolding, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• A proactive and safety-conscious approach to work.
• HR or MR Licence (desirable but not essential).
