Our clients are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Labourer to join our team at our Newbridge Site. In this role, you will support the Operations Manager and Site Coordinator in maintaining site performance and production efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing green waste, maintaining work areas, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual decontamination of green waste delivered to the site.
• Maintain the green waste unloading area and keep workspaces clean.
• Direct incoming trucks to the designated tipping point as needed.
• Clean production equipment and surrounding areas.
• Place sprinklers on windrows as required.
• Report maintenance and safety issues to the Site Coordinator.
• Assist with general gardening and grounds maintenance as necessary.
• Be flexible with shift work as directed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Familiarity with production processes and quality control is a plus, but not essential.

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to read and understand work-related documents and instructions.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask under pressure.
